I drew a thingy. I can’t help it, they are my favorites. Two nonpowered humans ballsy enough to fight alongside superpowered macho men. I love them.

Since my mom knows everyone in the world, an architecture firm in Santa Rosa has hired interns, and she knows someone in the company. We will see if anything happens, but it would be amazing since this company is the one who is designing the new science center that is going into my high school.
My dad thought my class was going to graduate with engineers, I had to tell him even though they group colleges together, architecture is “design and arts” not engineer related. It would make sense anywhere else, but at ASU we design shit thats not even close to any sort of regulation freshman year, since we are not taught the basics of construction and ever will be. Don’t you think architecture would be i the school with engineering and construction? No. Instead “create the movement through the park using mesquites and their root system that represents the flow of the landscape, without being literal”. Which actually sorta makes sense, since after I applied to architecture I was informed landscape architecture is more DRAWING, more ARTSY. woops. Don’t get me wrong, I love creating and designing, but I also love the technical things that go into building, which is why architecture is perfect. I was the person who was told to be an architect because I was good at drawing. Architects are known for not being able to draw.
i really admire the design for these stairs and how they incorporate a wheelchair access ramp. in a world were barrier free design is essential to living a full and happy life, its amazing to see landscape architect Cornelia Oberlander has taken literal steps to design stairs AROUND a ramp, instead of the other way around.

The worst part of being home is not having someone in the next room to hang out with, and you get lonely sometimes.
